Found a handbag or accessory that you love in our online boutique, but you can’t decide yet, have to wait for your salary or you choose to pick it up but cannot pick it up yet? No worries! We completely understand this, and this is why we offer the ‘Set Aside Service’ for you. With this service, you can reserve any item from our online boutique. Our terms? To make a reservation, we ask for a 10% down payment. We do not charge any additional fees.

The reservation is confirmed once we have received the down payment. In case the remaining final payment is not paid, the reservation will be canceled. In this case, a refund in the form of a la boutique voucher will be given. Cash or bank account refunds are not possible. The voucher will be valid for 1 year after the issue date and can be used for any item in our online boutique.
